    How does it work?

You buy a Gift Card from Nature Heals for $5.00. There is $5.00 already loaded onto the card for you to use.  You add more to the card at King Soopers before your purchase. Whatever dollar amount you add, you get that same amount worth of purchases at Kroger Stores. Reload your gift card in the store as needed. Do not throw it away!

How to reload your gift card?

King Soopers makes it convenient for our supports to reload the gift cards. Gift cards may be reloaded at the register or Customer Service desk for any amount up to $500.00. Reload your gift at the register you are checking out at for immediate use. When a card is reloaded at the Customer Service desk or register other than where your groceries are scanned, there is a five-minute delay before the funds will be available. The gift card must be reloaded in a separate transaction prior to your groceries being scanned.

    What is the catch?

None. There are no extra costs associated with this program.  This is a way for King Soopers/Kroger Stores to encourage shoppers to shop at their stores and for them to support nonprofit organizations.

How does Nature Heals earn money?

Every time you load your card, Kroger adds the amount to Nature Heals’ Reward account.  When the account balance in any given month reaches $5,000, Nature Heals gets a check for 5% of the total.  If we don't hit $5,000 in that month, the balance rolls forward to the next month.

What can you use the cards for?

Any purchases at King Soopers/Kroger Stores including gas.  You cannot use the card for services such as Western Union, lottery tickets, stamps, money orders, ticket master or any other gift cards.

Where can the cards be used?

King Soopers gift cards are accepted at most Kroger affiliated stores throughout the U.S.

How long is the card good for?

The dollar amount on the card never expires.  However, if your card balance is zero for more than 90 days, the card becomes inactive and you will need to repurchase a card from Nature Heals.
